HabitTracker is a personal health and habit dashboard, operated by Ace Apps. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
HabitTracker helps you track your own food, weight, tasks, and habits, and — with your permission — view and organize data from services you choose to connect (Garmin, Google Drive, and Google Calendar). It's provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Where the app can create Google Calendar events on your behalf, it can also delete them — but only those: deletion applies solely to events that were created inside the app. Events created elsewhere are never modified or deleted by HabitTracker.
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your device and connected accounts secure. Your tracker data lives on your own device and, if you enable backup, in a single private file in your own Google Drive. If you create an account, a copy is also stored in our sync service so your data can follow you between devices; you can delete your account — including that synced copy — at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). You can disconnect any connected service or delete your data at any time, from inside the app or from your Garmin and Google account settings.
Please use HabitTracker lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or the accounts of others. Access to connected services is governed by their own terms as well.
HabitTracker is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Any trends, correlations, or suggestions it shows are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
The app is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and we may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
